When you entrust the design of your survey to our team, we start by discussing it with you to establith a design.
We can then print out your survey on paper. In the case of a digital survey, we program your questions onto our solutions like Cawibox or Cawipad.
DataOptique handles the retrieval of your survey's data. In the case of a paper survey, we process and store your surveys after they've been filled out.
As for digital surveys, we receive and keep safe on our servers your audio files or Cawipad and Cawibox answers.
This step mainly applies to paper surveys. It consists in scanning them and labeling the different areas of information with our software DopReader.
Our system is capable of cutting out content digitally to uphold the anonymity of participants. For example, by processing an email address to a separate operator than the rest of the survey page, avoiding crossing of information.
Your data is either automatically scanned via optical reading or manually by our entry operators. This in turn allows us to turn a scanned image of a document into a usable database.
When using our digital solutions, this step is skipped, removing intermediate entry errors, since the answer the participant wrote goes straight into a database.
Once your survey has been turned into digital data, we sort it depending on your needs.

Your processed data are finally sent back to you through the internet.
If you entrusted us with a paper survey, we offer you the choice of returning to you the physical forms or their scanned images to serve as a digital archive. If you do not wish to keep the paper documents around, we then proceed to properly dispose of them.
Cawipad and Cawibox come with an online interface you can connect to through our websites, allowing you to visualize and sort your data with precision.
